Getting the Word Out About Your Website

January 20th, 2010

It may be true that if you build a better mousetrap, they will come. The cold hard fact is that no one will come if they don’t know about the mousetrap. You have got to get the word out about your product or service if you are wanting the buying public to consider your merchandise or service. Word-of-mouth advertising may be the best but with the world spinning as quickly as it does these days, word-of-mouth can take too long and find you facing financial ruin before you even get started. That’s why experts like Paul Svejda of Orlando Florida, are offering their services as Search Engine Optimizers (SEOs) to help people get the notice their products and skills deserve.

If you have put in the effort to create a product or service that others are going to be interested in, that is a fantastic accomplishment. But being a creator of things doesn’t mean you have to be a specialist in promoting those things. In fact, few business people are. That’s why the successful ones hire SEOs to make certain the word gets out about their products. Paul Svejda has an impressive track record in getting businesses up at the front of the search engine lists. Being Number One or Two on a list that can easily include more than ten thousand websites means you are going to get noticed more often and by more people than any of those further on down the line.

Bottom line is the bottom line: if you are getting more notice, you are getting more interest. More interest equates to more business. More business means more money. It is simply the bottom line in marketing. With more and more potential customers letting their shopping trips begin on-line, it has never been more important to have a strong Internet presence. Paul Svejda of Orlando Florida is making that happen for companies large and small dealing with products and services ranging from A to Z.

When you decided to go into business, chances are you were consumed with the idea of the product or service you wanted to offer. Diligence on your part has made that product or service a reality. Let Paul Svejda make it a common thought for those looking for what you are offering. The best products in the world cannot get sold if they don’t get noticed. Putting the right Search Engine Optimization techniques to work for your business can be the difference between your success and failure.

Florida Real Estate Consultant

January 10th, 2010

Real estate is a lucrative business if you know what you are doing. For someone like Paul Svejda of Orlando, Florida who has sold real estate since 1982, there isn’t anything to it any longer. However, it hasn’t always been easy. Especially in today’s economy, selling real estate gets harder and harder all the time. There are many things to know and in a place like Florida where many of the homes are very large, you really have to know just how to talk to someone so that they will want the house that is thousands of square feet larger than they need.

The first thing that anyone must do if they are wanting to sell real estate professionally in any area of the United States is to obtain a realtor’s license. There are many courses that you can take, some are online but others are a day long class that will give you all the information you need so that you can sell houses and property until your heart’s content. Getting a realtor’s license is not that difficult if you are willing to sit in a class for a day and pay close attention. There are several laws pertaining to land ownership and things that you must disclose when selling a piece of property. As long as you can pass the exam, you can sell real estate in any state you want.

Paul has sold real estate in Orlando for over twenty-five years. He specializes in senior living, commercial offices and foreclosures. In the case of helping seniors, he has helped reduce property taxes so that some of them can keep their homes, or make it more affordable for others to sell theirs. He has also worked with several people to turn abandoned hotels into senior living facilities. There is nothing better than being able to help others, such as in the instance of helping seniors.

Senior care and assisted living are huge right now with all the baby boomer’s getting older. It is no wonder that there is more need for senior homes and assisted living facilities. If there is a hotel that meets all of the specifications, you will probably find Paul there, looking at it.
