Hi! I am Paul Svejda and this is my personal website. This site will give you an idea of what things I am doing or things that I plan to do in the future. Right now I am in the process of trying to be an SEO. That is I want to be a Search Engine Optimizer who can get anyone's website on the front page of Google. Now I have just been able to get one client's site on the front page of Google under two different categories in less than one week. I am very proud of that and hope to improve upon that even more in the future. I am sure that the future of marketing in many types of products is on the Internet. If you do not learn how to get your product or service on the first page of Google in the very near future, your business will not thrive in future years. The competition will overtake the rest and it will be over for the dinosaurs who did not adapt to the new ways of marketing.


There are many things on my plate as I write this information for you to read. I see senior care and senior living facilities becoming quite big because of the aging of the baby-boomers. Myself and others are now undertaking the conversion of qualified hotels into senior housing or senior living facilities. There are many criteria to which a property must conform before we would even consider converting the property to a senior living facility. Right now I like Naples, Clearwater, Saint Petersburg, Tampa, Palm Beach and Miami among other areas. However, if a property meets all of the criteria that are needed to succeed, I will certainly take a look at it.


We are now in the middle of the second greatest economic depression in the history of our nation since the Great Depression. There were more millionaires created during the Great Depression than at any other time of our nation's history. Now is the time to take advantage of the greatest opportunity that we will ever see in our lifetimes. That is the reason that I am also focusing on buying real estate.


The Cell. I am trying to do some work on promoting and obtaining financing The Cell. This is a device that is attached to a diesel engine and it turns water into hydrogen which is then ignited in the combustion chamber of the engine. The hydrogen that is ignited will burn more efficiently and cause the engine to increase its efficiency by up to 50% over normal performance.


I will also be starting a new roofing company in the future to compete with all of the companies in Central Florida that have big overheads and big egos. I have someone who has the license and the experience to make it happen. I will provide all of the customers through my creative and successful marketing programs. Customer service will be our number one asset. Most of the other companies out there have little or no customer service, so we will eat them alive.
